1. Команда /unstuck

• Введите в чат /unstuck
• После этого персонаж начнет произносить навык.
• По завершении навыка персонаж будет телепортирован в ближайший город.

2. Телепортация персонажа через ваш Личный кабинет на нашем сайте

• Перейдите в свой личный кабинет - Перейти
• Войдите, выберите вкладку "Персонажи".
• Напротив персонажа будет кнопка "В город" - нажмите. 
• После этого вам должно быть написано: "Персонаж был телепортирован в ближайший город". (Персонаж должен быть в оффлайне в этот момент.)

3. Телепортация персонажа с использованием другого персонажа на аккаунте через команду .reloc

• Создайте нового персонажа на аккаунте или перейдите на другого персонажа на аккаунте.
• Введите в чат .reloc
• Появится окно, в котором нужно выбрать "персонажа", который застрял. И введите его имя!
• 
• Нажмите кнопку "Готово"
• Выбранный вами персонаж будет перемещен в Флорент Виллидж, и его настройки интерфейса будут сброшены.

Однако часто в таких случаях очистка кэша DNS-разрешения с помощью команды ipconfig /flushdns помогает.

Для этого:
- нажмите Start -> Run... -> Выполнить программу -> cmd -> ОК;
- переключитесь (при необходимости) на английскую раскладку клавиатуры;
- после приглашения системы C:\Documents and Settings\ИмяПользователя> введите ipconfig /flushdns, нажмите Enter;
- кэш DNS-разрешения будет сброшен:

Примечания:
Служба DNS-клиента (Dnscache) должна быть включена.

Как включить службу DNS-клиента:
- нажмите Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administration -> Services;
- в открывшемся окне Службы в списке Службы (локальные) выделите службу клиента DNS;
 - нажмите Start the service.
- Как установить тип запуска DNS-клиента для службы - Auto:

нажмите Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administration -> Services;
- в открывшемся окне Службы в списке Службы (локальные) выделите службу клиента DNS;
- дважды щелкните левой кнопкой мыши, чтобы открыть окно Свойства DNS Client (Локальный компьютер) (или щелкните правой кнопкой мыши, чтобы открыть контекстное меню, из которого выберите Свойства);
- на вкладке Общее в раскрывающемся списке Выберите тип запуска Auto -> ОК;
- закройте окно Службы.
- Если у вас нет времени/лени для очистки кэша DNS-разрешения, скачайте и разархивируйте файл flushdns.zip.

Why is this necessary?

Disabling the in-game overlay (GeForce Experience)

• If you want to disable the GeForce Experience overlay that is displayed in games, there are several ways to do this.
